Classes can be arranged at the work place, providing a suitable room or area is available. It is proven that fit people work better, which leads to improved team working. A variety of classes can be to suit your firms requirements. Alternatively a Personal Trainer can tailor a program to suit you and visit you on a one-to-one basis at work or at your home.

Event Injury and Therapy Cover
Organisers of sports or corporate events should be aware that First Aid Cover up to Paramedic cover can be arranged. Experience of tournaments covered include: Hockey, Football, Netball, Ice Hockey and Athletics events.
